The Delivery Program 2026–2030 outlines Wentworth Shire Council’s priorities, services, and projects for the current Council term. It builds on past achievements and responds to future growth by guiding infrastructure, service delivery, and community investment. Aligned with Council’s values and the IP&R Framework, the Program is a clear commitment to responsible planning, collaboration, and transparent progress reporting.

The Operational Plan 2025/2026 is year one of Council’s four-year Delivery Program. It sets out the specific actions to be undertaken during the financial year to achieve the priorities of the Delivery Program and Community Strategic Plan. The Plan includes the annual budget, identifies responsible service areas, and outlines performance monitoring. It is supported by the 2025–2026 Annual Statement of Revenue and Schedule of Fees and Charges.

The Resourcing Strategy outlines the financial, asset and workforce resources required to achieve the Community Strategic Plan. It comprises the Long-Term Financial Plan, Asset Management Strategy and Workforce Management Plan, supporting long-term sustainability and service delivery. Aligned with the Integrated Planning & Reporting Framework, the Strategy ensures Council can meet community needs now and into the future.
