The Delivery Program 2026–2030 is Council’s four-year plan that outlines how the long-term goals of the Community Strategic Plan will be implemented during the term of the elected Council. It provides a strategic roadmap for services, infrastructure, and community priorities across Wentworth Shire from 2026 to 2030.

The Operational Plan 2025/2026 is the first annual action plan under the new Delivery Program. It sets out the specific projects, programs, and services that Council will deliver in the 2025/2026 financial year, along with associated budgets and performance indicators.

Under the NSW Government’s Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) Framework, all councils must develop long-term, medium-term, and short-term plans. The Delivery Program translates the strategic vision into medium-term action, while the Operational Plan details the short-term annual delivery. Together, they ensure a consistent and transparent approach to local government planning and service delivery.
